4 Key Precautions For Storage LCD

4 key precautions for storage LCD

LCD is widely used in our daily life, there are many problems need to be paid attention to when using. Improper use or improper storage of LCD will have adverse effects. The LCD screen is very fragile, so must be very careful during use and storage. So what are the storage precautions of LCD?

  1. Anti-electromagnetic interference

Whether it is a CRT or an LCD display, keep away from objects with strong magnetic fields. The surrounding strong magnetic field will generate extra voltage inside the LCD, which will affect the stability of the display voltage. Being in a strong magnetic field for a long time will also cause wrong characters or random dots on the display screen, thus affecting the display effect and life of the LCD.

  1. Avoid vibration

The LCD screen is a glass, which is very fragile, so strong impact and vibration should be avoided. Do not put pressure on the LCD screen or bump or squeeze the back cover of the LCD screen.

3, Pay attention to moisture

Water is the natural enemy of liquid crystal. If the indoor humidity is too high, condensation may occur inside the LCD, resulting in leakage and short circuit of the LCD, and the LCD will become blurred, and the display will be burned in serious cases. Therefore, the LCD screen should be stored in a dry and ventilated environment, and it should be used with electricity frequently, so that the heat energy of the motor can evaporate the moisture of the equipment.

  1. Prevent voltage fluctuation

Voltage fluctuations will cause the contents of the LCD screen to flicker, causing visual discomfort to the human eye. Although some voltage fluctuations are within the normal range of voltage changes, due to the fast frequency of changes, they may also interfere with the normal operation of electronic components or ICs on the equipment. In severe cases, they may be directly burned out.
