Generally, the components that are easily damaged are small components, such as fuses, input inductors, Zener diodes or switches.

 

  1. The failure caused by the motherboard CPU, this situation is generally rare, such as the power supply cannot be started. From a principle point of view, this part is relatively simple, generally through the keying board to the cpu, and then through the cpu output control signal to drive the power supply, so that it converts the integrated circuit to work.
  1. The screen goes black when it lights up. We often encounter this situation, but the relevant power indicator light is always on. Such a situation is the circuit protection caused by abnormal high voltage. In this case, the LCD screen there will be a display, which can be seen by squint.. At present, our common LCD screen high-voltage board designs are symmetrical designs, and it is impossible for both sides to be broken. Furthermore, the old machine usually has problems in the step-up transformer or the lamp tube, while the new machine has problems in the protection circuit and process.

 

  1. There is a problem of bright lines or even dark lines on the screen, which is generally the problem of the LCD. The bright line failure is caused by the wiring problem connecting the LCD screen body. The dark line is caused by the leakage of the screen body. It can be said that the above two situations basically have no maintenance value. The price of replacing a screen can be about the same as buying a new one.
  1. The LCD screen has a blurry screen or a white screen, which is caused by a problem with the screen driving voltage. But if the screen drive circuit is on the motherboard, that’s the reason for the motherboard. If the drive circuit is on the LCD screen, the screen replacement method is adopted due to the high maintenance risk.
  1. There is a color cast failure on the screen, which can be adjusted accordingly through the maintenance adjustment mode.
