Glass substrate
Glass substrate is the most basic material of TFT-LCD, and its quality affects the qualification rate of the whole project directly. The following conditions must be met at the same time: A. Light transmittance above 98%. B. Heat resistance above 350°C. C. It has certain acid resistance and alkali resistance. D. The length and width more than 1m, and the thickness less than 0.7mm. Only glass has both of the above conditions.
Conductive film
The conductive films of TFT-LCD are mainly divided into linear metal conductive films and planar indium tin oxide transparent conductive films. The function of the linear metal film is to transport electric charge, and the function of the planar ITO film is to carry electric charge.
The larger the size of the TFT-LCD, the greater the signal delay on the metal bus, so it is easy to cause problems such as poor display. The key to reduce the signal delay is to improve the conductivity of the metal conductive film, that is, to replace the AI interconnection with Cu interconnection. In order to reduce the resistivity of the metal bus, the double-sided IC driver can be simplified to a single-sided IC driver, thereby reducing the driving cost, efficiency power consumption.
Alignment film
The alignment film is coated on the CF substrate and the TFT substrate.

Frame sealant
The frame sealant is mainly composed of UV hardening resin and heat hardening resin, which correspond to UV hardening treatment and thermal hardening treatment respectively.
The frame sealant plays the role of then fixing the TFT substrate and the CF substrate and sealing the liquid crystal. Therefore, the most basic requirements for the sealant are good adhesion and clean materials.
In terms of appearance, it is necessary to ensure that the sealant does not deteriorate, and there is no abnormal light yellow liquid.
In terms of reliability, the mechanical bonding strength of the frame sealant should be high to ensure the bonding and fixing of the TFT substrate and the CF substrate. In addition, it is necessary to ensure good bonding strength under environmental changes such as temperature and humidity.
In terms of viscosity, it is necessary to ensure that the sealant can be applied continuously and correctly.
In terms of hardness, it is necessary to ensure the mechanical properties of the frame sealant.
Spacer
Spacers are the general term for tiny particles that exist between the upper and lower glass substrates in the display screen. Including spherical spacers and columnar spacers scattered in the display area for support, fibrous spacers scattered in the frame sealant to strengthen the thickness of the box, and gold scattered in the frame sealant to conduct electricity between the upper and lower glass substrates Ball spacer.
CF substrate
The cost of CF substrates is the highest in display screen. CF not only determines the color, but also affects the brightness, contrast and other optical characteristics of TFT-LCD.
In the TFT-LCD product specification, the chromaticity gamut is related to the color purity of CF, the brightness is related to the light transmittance of CF, and the contrast ratio is related to the single contrast ratio of CF. In the process of use, CF also needs to meet reliability indicators such as heat resistance, light resistance, chemical resistance, low power consumption, high image quality, low cost and other performance requirements, as well as spectroscopic characteristics, dimensional accuracy and other indicators.
Polarizer
The polarizing function of the polarizer is realized by the polarizer layer. The requirements for high transmittance, high degree of polarization and good hue of polarizers are the requirements for polarizers. The polarizer must have high durability, ensuring compatibility with the TAC layer, as well as its own good heat resistance, moisture resistance, impact resistance, cold resistance and light resistance.
Circuit Components
In the TFT-LCD driving circuit, the materials used include electrical components and basic materials that carry the electrical components. Backlight
